WELCOME

 

Massage and yoga are ancient healing practices that anyone can utilize to connect on deeper levels to oneself, heal injuries and build strength - in body and mind.

 

I received my massage training at the Institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing in Southern California. As of 2016, I have provided well over 7,000 therapeutic massages to people with a wide range of health and wellness conditions. I bring a well-trained and practiced perspective, experienced background, and intuitive touch to the table.  I specialize in helping people repair and maintain their bodies for optimal performance and in fostering an awareness of the connections between the body, the mind and our world.

 

I practice bodywork to help people achieve deep relaxation, pain management, optimal athletic performance, holistic wellness and stress relief. My clients can receive my treatments in their own home, my studio, or at Burke Williams Spa. I also teach yoga (public and private lessons) in the Bay Area.  


Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent many years working on health and environmental related projects domestically and abroad. You can read more about my previous professional background, training and education on my LinkedIn Profile. Currently, I am enrolled in post-bac studies in life and health sciences while maintaining my own bodywork practice.
